No. The manufacturing process involves gluten and soy, but they are not in the finished product. Microbes are exposed to gluten and soy to produce the digestive enzymes that break them down. Everything else is then washed away, and only the enzymes remain. Per FDA guidelines, the label states that this product contains these foods due to their use in the process. Individuals with allergies to these foods should speak with their healthcare provider prior to implementing this supplement.

Our goal was to offer a full-spectrum digestive enzyme supplement that the majority of people could benefit from. Many individuals cannot take pepsin or HCL as it can cause acid reflux. There are enzymes that specifically target protein digestion, but it is not designed to alter stomach acid in any way.
All of our gelatin-based capsules use beef gelatin.
